Description
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and highly communicative person to join our growing e-commerce team!
Your Role:
- Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Reach out to businesses (clothing, food, spices, coffee, and more) and onboard them to our platform
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally (DMs, WhatsApp, comments)
- Convert conversations into sales and partnerships
- Build strong relationships with both customers and sellers
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication (very important)
- Confident in sales and outreach
- Active and experienced with social media platforms
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian & Eritrean products and culture
- Fast responder, organized, and self-driven
Bonus:
- Experience in social media management, customer support, or sales
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for business communication
