Visionary is working to become strategic engine for African storytelling. As the company scales up infrastructure to lead the regional creative economy, we are seeking a high-caliber Office Operations & Communications Coordinator to serve as our brand’s professional Face and operational communication anchor.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Lead Editor, you will be the final arbiter of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm to lead a high-stakes production pipeline from TVCs to feature-length documentaries, feature films and tv productions while mentoring a growing team of intermediate and junior editors.

About You

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 6–10 years of professional editing in a high-tier production house or film studio.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary), with strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a post-production pipeline and mentor junior staff under strict deadlines.
• Creative Sense: A cinematic “eye” for detail and a deep understanding of narrative psychology.
• Standards: Full understanding of international broadcast specs and digital delivery codecs.
