Role Overview

• Ensure balance of cash reconciliation and inventory operations
• Handle sales accounting and inventory control for accurate reporting

Key Responsibilities

Sales Accounting

• Reconcile monthly cash/sales transactions
• Monitor accounts receivable & follow up payments
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports
• Review VAT (Z report)
• Check cashier compliance with government rules
• Reconcile daily inventory between Bluelime & Peachtree
• Monitor daily pricing under cost & report
• Match physical inventory with system records
• Post & reconcile SIV entries
• Lead stock counts & audits
• Resolve discrepancies with warehouse/pharmacy teams
• Monitor stock levels (low/overstock alerts)

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, procurement teams
• Maintain documentation of inventory & sales transactions
• Support internal/external audits
• Handle additional tasks from supervisor

About You

Key Deliverables

• Daily: Post sales, follow up receivables, track inventory
• Weekly: Reconcile suppliers/customers, inventory, SIV posting
• Monthly: VAT/tax filings, sales & inventory reports, management reporting
• Quarterly: Consolidated sales reporting, stock counts, audit prep
• Annually: Audit support, compliance reporting, year-end reconciliation
