About the Job
Job Summary:
- The Senior Customer Service Officer- Accounts I, will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, and handle cash and non-transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Technical Competencies
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and good command of Microsoft

About You
Qualification
B.A. Degree in Business related filed like Accounting, Management, Economics and Business Administration or Business related field.
Relevant experience
Minimum of Four (4) years relevant experience
