About the Job

Job Mission
Plans, coordinates, directs and supervises the overall activities of branches under the district; follow up the implementation and execution of different Bank’s policies and procedures; visit customer’s businesses and monitor branches performance against plan target.

About You

Qualification: 

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: 

• Eight(8) years for Masters and ten (10) years for Bachelor of relevant experience Of which four (4) years of experience in managerial positions. 
• (IFB Certification is Mandatory)
