Job Purpose

Conducts research in human resource management, prepares short, medium and long range human resource requirement of the Company, identifies training need and arrange training programs, and implement human resource plan, policy and guidelines of the bank.

Key Accountabilities

  • Review human resource management guidelines of the Company and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Forecast short, medium and long-range human resource requirement of the Company.
  • Implement action plan of the Company regarding recruitment training and retention scheme to meet human resource need of the bank.
  • Organize and administer training programs in all feasible areas using the most applicable training methodology.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams for training sessions for blue- and white collar staff.
  • Support HR audits and investigations.
  • Assist in university partnership communications and coordination of student/graduate programs.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration, as well as processing employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations).
  • Ensure that performance evaluation and Talent review of all staff are received on time.
  • Collect, analyze and meaningfully interpret data related to human resources of the Company.
  • Assist the Head of Human Resource Department Manager in discharging assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

Education:
BA degree in Management, Public Administration, or any other related field

Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in the field

Language:
Good English communication

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office / CRM – Oracle is a plus
