Job Summary

  • Head, Card Management System is responsible for defining  the card product strategy, the alignment with business goals and overseeing the entire lifecycle of card products. The role holder is also responsible for monitoring, managing and ensuring  consistency, accuracy and security of key data or process with in a system.

About You

Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Systems or Software Engineering or related fields. 
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications such as payment systems, software troubleshooting knowledge, data analysiswill have added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience

Technical Competencies

  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices. 
  • Proven experience with card management software platforms that manage card payment lifecycle.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. 
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. 
  • Proven experience in systems and storage capacity management, maintenance, forecasting and lifecycle planning focused on business requirements.
  • Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.
  • Experience in storage management and administration; preference given to individuals with Netapp and HP 3Par storage devices. 
  • Experience in Microsoft AD design, build, implementation and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with SQL administration and SQL toolsets
  • Project management skills.
