About the Opportunity

Bilcor Institute of Leadership, Coaching and Research is partnering with a growing real estate company in Addis Ababa to recruit a highly capable General Manager. The client is undergoing a strategic transformation to build a structured, performance-driven organization. The General Manager will lead overall operations and execution of company strategy, ensuring alignment across all departments and driving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Execute long-term strategy and annual operational plans 
  • Organizational Structuring: Establish clear delegation of authority and reporting lines 
  • Performance Management: Implement KPI-based performance systems across departments 
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure budgeting discipline and structured financial reporting 
  • Construction Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards 
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Align HR, Marketing, Finance, and Construction 

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) 
  • 7+ years leadership experience (3–5 years senior level) 
  • Experience in real estate/construction preferred 
  • Strong leadership, systems thinking, and execution ability
