Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is seeking a Finance Manager on behalf of Our Private Client request.

The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all financial activities of the steel manufacturing company. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management to support operational efficiency and profitability. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. . 
• Develop and monitor company budgets and financial forecasts. 
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. 
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. .
• Support procurement and production departments with financial analysis. 
• Coordinate internal and external audits. 
• Support procurement and production departments with financial analysis. 
• Analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies. 
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers and collection from customers. 
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. 
• Monitor production costs, raw material costs, and inventory valuation. 

About You

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. 
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience and at least 4 years in a managerial position
