Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing cash flow, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining strong financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure optimal financial performance.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and control company costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based companies.
