Job Mission
The District Director leads and manages all banking operations within the assigned district, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing branch performance, resource optimization, customer relationship enhancement, and compliance with policies and procedures. The District Director plays a vital role in branch expansion strategy, financial mobilization, and employee performance development.

About You

Qualification: 

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: 

  • Ten(10) years for Masters, Twelve (12) years for bachelors of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years in a Managerial position of branch operation area. 
  • (IFB Certification is Mandatory)
