Job Summary
Interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs. Identify and assess customer issues or problems and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor. Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
About You
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
