CKD Dispatch Officer
Job Purpose
The CKD Dispatch Officer is responsible for coordinating and controlling the timely and accurate dispatch of CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts and materials. The position ensures that materials are properly picked, verified, documented, and dispatched according to approved requirements while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper control of all outgoing materials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily dispatch of CKD parts and materials according to approved requirements.
- Receive and review authorized material requests and dispatch instructions.
- Ensure the correct parts, quantities, and specifications are selected for dispatch.
- Verify CKD materials before dispatch to prevent shortages, excess quantities, or wrong items.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production or other authorized destinations.
- Monitor dispatched materials and follow up on pending or incomplete deliveries
- Ensure all dispatch transactions are properly authorized and documented.
- Check the availability of CKD materials before dispatch.
- Ensure physical stock and system records are properly reconciled.
- Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
About You
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting, Automotive Technology, Supplies Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in an automotive, manufacturing, CKD, or spare-parts environment is an advantage.
