  • Employers must deposit funds before the commencement of work. Funds will be released to Freelancers upon job completion and approval.
  • Skills.et charges a service fee for transactions made through the platform. The fee details are available on our pricing page.

  • Skills.et provides a mechanism for resolving disputes between Freelancers and Employers. In the event of a dispute, Users must provide supporting evidence for their claims.
  • Skills.et reserves the right to make the final decision in resolving disputes.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Skills.et a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content as needed for the operation of the Website.
