Employers must deposit funds before the commencement of work. Funds will be released to Freelancers upon job completion and approval.
Skills.et charges a service fee for transactions made through the platform. The fee details are available on our pricing page.

7. Dispute Resolution

Skills.et provides a mechanism for resolving disputes between Freelancers and Employers. In the event of a dispute, Users must provide supporting evidence for their claims.
Skills.et reserves the right to make the final decision in resolving disputes.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Skills.et a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content as needed for the operation of the Website.
Users must ensure that all uploaded content complies with copyright laws.
