For customer support, I respond to customers through DM, WhatsApp, or calls, answer their questions clearly, and help them with orders. I also follow up with customers, handle complaints calmly, and make sure they feel respected and taken care of.


I’m comfortable working in fast paced environments, replying quickly, and turning conversations into actual sales when needed. My goal is always to give customers a smooth experience while helping the business grow.
