- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the creation of documentation and training materials for internal use.

About You
Education and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Archives management, Library and Information Science, Information Systems. Information Technology or related fields
- 2 years relevant experience for Diploma and 0 years for Degree
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client care.
- Familiarity with archival standards and practices is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good communication skills;
- good understanding of customer needs and customer handling techniques;
- Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage
