Role Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous and forward-thinking Strategic Operations & Automation Analyst to serve as the bridge between Finance, Operations, and Technology. This role is designed for a technical expert who can automate complex workflows, ensure data integrity across all departments, and provide unbiased performance reporting directly to management.
The ideal candidate is a Microsoft Ecosystem expert who proactively integrates emerging AI tools to keep the company’s reporting and processes at the cutting edge.

Key Responsibilities
1. Automated Performance & KPI Architecture
- Design and maintain automated dashboards for Finance, production, and inventory.
- Ensure a “single source of truth” by connecting different data sets from all departments.
- Provide independent, unbiased analysis of operational deviations and inefficiencies.
2. AI-Driven Process Optimization
- Audit existing manual workflows and implement AI and Automated solutions to eliminate waste.
- Work with Finance to quantify the “Win/Loss” impact of operational changes in real-time.
3. Financial Oversight & Budgeting
- Report financial statements periodically in high proficiency and enable department heads to monitor their operational budgets and ensure they remain cost-effective.
- Identify hidden cost-saving opportunities through deep data mining.
- Collect, consolidate and control production, material consumption and inventory data from various systems.
- Advise management on the ROI of new technology, processes and equipment investments.
4. Independent Risk & Compliance Management
- Act as an internal auditor for operational risks, providing objective assessments to avoid conflicts of interest.
- Ensure all automated systems comply with internal controls and external regulations.
- Proactively identify systemic risks before they impact the financial bottom line.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work toward translating data into actionable strategy to support department heads.
- Help act as a link between Finance and the “shop floor” (Production, Supply Chain, HR).
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by learning new automated tools and eventually sharing that knowledge with other teams.
About You
6. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting information system, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a junior analyst role or who spent their internship automating reports and is obsessed with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates. We value potential, technical curiosity, and a “builder” mindset over years of seniority. Exposure to manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments during or after your studies is a bonus.
- Technical Expertise: A foundational understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem, including Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with or a strong willingness to learn how to connect disparate ERP and data sources. Introductory knowledge of the Odoo ERP system is a plus.
- Financial Insight: Practical, theoretical or academic understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and cost accounting, paired with a strong eagerness to learn their practical applications. A background in cost accounting, operational budgeting, or financial controlling is a Plus.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain objective and translate technical data or concepts clearly for both management and shop floor teams.
