About the Job

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect attendance report from the attendance machines for payroll preparation
  • Follow all changes related to shift, time of work, rates, working date.
  • encode approved overtime to the system and checking if it is correctly uploaded
  • Prepare payroll for permanent, daily workers, piece rate and contract employees and check the payment of outsource co. production worker & loading and unloading. prepare final termination payment
  • Answer questions about leave balance, medical benefits, taxes, insurance deductions and other C&B related employees request
  • Oversees the attendance of employee in all work units
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
  • Collect and prepared overtime payment for employees
  • Receiving request of transport Fee and encoding to the system
  • Prepare payment for terminated employees
  • Assist in salary administration programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy, incentive program calculations and communications.
  • Handle Human Resource Modules for handling of Employee personal data, personal profile, leave management and other HR process,
  • Administer Time Management & Payroll Administration
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Prepare and execute communications on compensation increases, incentive payments, and recognition awards
  • Calculate and process incentive payments; input recognition awards.
  • Follow, update and keep staff leave (annual, sick, maternity, paternity etc…) on time
  • Prepare leave balance report on monthly, semi- Annual and annual basis and send to departments in order to prepare a schedule and follow up of accrued leave clearing.
  • follow up of absentees and if an employee absents or late for consecutive days prepare an announcement to employees in order to bring the necessary legal document /termination letter.
  • If the employee does not have enough annual leaves and take more than 5 days unpaid leaves then write a letter which suspend employees from right and obligation as per the collective agreement, and if the employee return to work then prepare reinstate letter.
  • Prepare a summary of monthly, quarterly, half year and annual expense and manpower summary report
  • Review time off balances and determine if correct; if incorrect, contact appropriate parties regarding time off balances.
  • Interpret procedure/policy manuals and other reference materials to assist with decision making in relation to compensation and benefits administration.

About You

Requirements

  • Education – BA Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/Business Administration or other related fields of study 
  • Working Experience – A Minimum of 4/5 experience respectively in Compensation & benefit management, and/or other related activities out of which two years in senior or equivalent capacity
