About the Role: Focusing on managing day-to-day visual assets and maintaining the company’s digital media archive, this role handles the creation of daily posters and immediate visual needs.In addition to digital assets, you will be responsible for interior design concepts and ensuring the physical office space aligns with the company’s brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand daily workflows and ensure all brand representations are professional and consistent across all mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality daily posters for social media and corporate use.
• Manage and organize the company’s vast photo and video archive for quick retrieval.
• Handle immediate visual needs and rapid-response design requests.
• Perform interior design tasks as requested by the company to enhance the workspace.
• Integrate the company’s professional works and brand elements into the interior design of the company office.
• Regularly update the company profile and branding materials to ensure they reflect current achievements and goals
• Ensure all visual content follows the company’s shift toward realistic and human-centric storytelling.
• Monitor the quality of all professional output to ensure it meets departmental standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing lead to ensure visual consistency between digital assets and physical office branding.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in technical design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong time management skills with a track record of fast project delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven ability to execute interior design projects and spatial branding.
• Disciplined file management and digital asset organization
• Strong understanding of brand integration within physical environments
• Exposure to Agile or project workflows.
