Receptionist

About the Job

The Receptionist, under the direct supervision of the General Service Division Manager, service as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.  This position is responsible for managing Phone calls professionally and accurately directing them, welcoming clients and guests warmly, and ensuring a positive experience. The Receptionist will interact comfortably with both staff and guests fostering a welcoming and professional environment.

About You

  • Diploma or Technical and Vocational & Training (TVET) Level 10+4 in ICT, Secretarial Sciences & Office Management any other related fields. Or 
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
  • Experience Minimum of 3/1 year of relevant work experience for Diploma /BA Degree holders respectively.
