Duties and responsibilities:

• Raw Material Quality Assurance 
• Packaging Material Quality Assurance 
• Incoming Material Inspection and Monitoring 
• Supplier Quality Follow-up and Performance Monitoring 
• Process Monitoring and Guidance 
• Deviation and Non-conformance Follow-up 
• Support to R&D and Innovation Projects 
• Monitor quality of incoming raw and packing materials 
• Ensure compliance with specifications and standards 
• Guide production and warehouse teams on quality requirements 
• Follow up non-conformities and ensure corrective actions closure 
• Support supplier evaluation and improvement 
• Assist R&D in trials, material qualification, and product development 
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for audit readiness 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives 

About You

Qualification:

• BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field with 3–6 years experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
