About the Job
- Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and supervises all the HRM functions of the project
- Identifies the current and future HR needs of the project and designs appropriate recruitment, selection and development strategies to have the right employees.
- Ensures that employees get quality training including orientation programs.
- Leads and supervises the change management and reform ratifies of the project
- Ensures the recruitment, promotion, transfer, and separation employees are conducted as per the organizational and human resource policy and procedure of the project
- Supervises and oversees the administration of proper appraisal of employees’ performance throughout the project
- Ensures that salaries, fringe benefits and employee services are fairly and consistently administered in the project
- Ensures that employee grievances are fairly and properly addressed.
- Follows up the proper implementation of agreements with labor and ensure benefits are provided to employees.
- Performs other similar tasks as assigned by his immediate supervisor
About You
BA degree in Management & other Related fields
8 Years relevant Experience
