About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial activities of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and monitor standard costing and analyze production variances (material, labor, overhead)
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports and performance analysis
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve plant profitability
- Partner with production, procurement, and operations teams to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee capex tracking and financial evaluation of plant investments
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
About You
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
Requirement Skill
- Accounting Principles GAAP, IFRS, ERP
- Strong coordination and networking skills
- Strong Financial Analysis
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
