About the Job

Job Description:

The Junior Sales Associates will be an essential part of the Dodai Sales Team. S/He is expected to work with the sales team to ensure Dodai’s sales targets are met and the Dodai products have a positive image in the market. S/he is responsible to make Dodai’s product most desirable in the market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers in our showroom, providing detailed information on our E2Ws and helping them make an informed purchase.
  • Generate and cultivate sales leads by conducting market visits on the ground, while regularly updating the customer and prospect database.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product range to accurately answer customer inquiries and provide a high level of service.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our brand.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure showroom standards are maintained and sales targets are met.
  • Prepare and present daily reports on sales results and activities to the Sales Manager, including leads generated, closed sales, follow-up activities, and sales targets achieved.
  • Contribute to the team effort by participating in sales meetings, training programs, and learning about new product developments.
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image to customers and the company.

About You

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in business management, marketing, Economics or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive or BtoC retail sector with products with relatively high value (100,000 ETB or above) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work 6 days a week on shift 
  • Fluency in English and Amharic
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong passion for serving customers
