About the Job

 Supports the receipt, storage, and dispatch of imported goods under supervision. Assists in maintaining accurate inventory records and compliance with safety standards while developing expertise in warehouse and import operations.

  • Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of imported goods under the guidance of the Senior Import Warehouse Officer.
  • Support maintenance of accurate inventory records with minimal discrepancies between physical and system stock.
  • Assist in ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods within SLA.
  • Check documentation against shipments (packing list, BL, customs clearance) and flag discrepancies to senior staff.
  • Follow proper handling, labeling, and traceability procedures for goods.
  • Record stock levels and report discrepancies to the Senior Import Warehouse Officer.
  • Maintain basic inventory records accurately and consistently.
  • Coordinate with import officers, logistics providers, and finance as directed.
  • Assist in compiling data for monthly warehouse performance and stock reports.
  • Follow warehouse safety and handling standards at all times.
  • Report any risk of shipment delays due to warehouse inefficiencies.
  • Support ERP/Google Sheets warehouse system data entry and updates.
  • Participate in periodic audits of stock and documentation.
  • Support production teams with timely supply of materials as directed.
  • Contribute to reducing damaged goods by 10% compared to the previous quarter.
  • Support the team in maintaining at least a 95% pass rate on warehouse audits.

About You

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, import handling, or logistics; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of customs clearance, documentation verification, or ERP-based inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to undergo training in inventory management, import/export procedures, or ERP systems.
