About the Job
General missions:
- To Initiate Policies Plans and procedures on recruitment, selection, employee placement, promotion, transfer, outsourcing, and contract administration.
- To enable timely availability of manpower for meeting operational needs.
- Ensures execution of major policies governing all HR functions
- Develops and directs the continued implementation of Human Capital Strategy;
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs.
- Conduct disciplinary processes and grievance handling in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Design and manage the company’s performance management process.
- Support managers in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing improvement plans.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.
- Manage payroll preparation in coordination with Finance.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations on compensation adjustments.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date employee personnel files.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure HR records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with company policies.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and other applicable employment regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure statutory obligations related to employee records, taxation, pensions, and other labor requirements are fulfilled.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational planning and workforce development.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.

About You
- Fresh Graduate with Zero Year Experience
- BA Degree in Management human resource management or any related field of study from a recognized College / University
