About the Job

Purpose of the Position:
 

The Junior Graphic Designer at Dodai is responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including videos, images, and graphics, to support our marketing and branding initiatives. As well as working with other departments in the organization to ensure the achievement of the company’s mission.


Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
    • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and infographics.
    • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.
    • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring they meet technical requirements (e.g., print, web, mobile)

       
  • Video Production:
    • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications based on approved concepts and scripts.
    • Add motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video content.
    • Ensure all videos align with Dodai’s brand identity and meet platform-specific requirements.
    • Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring quality and performance (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Image Editing:
    • Capture high-quality photographs for marketing and branding purposes, including product shots, events, and team activities.
    • Edit and enhance photos using professional software to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Optimize images for both web and print use, including resizing, color correction, and retouching.

       
  • Customer-Centric Brand Analysis:
    • Proactively analyze customer behavior, preferences, and cultural context to identify visual and branding elements that appeal to Dodai’s target audience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor branding strategies to adapt and refine Dodai’s visual storytelling.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing manager, brand specialist, and content creator to understand their vision and requirements.
    • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video production, or related fields.
    • Experience working with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
    • Proficiency in video editing and production, including familiarity with camera equipment.
    • Strong photo editing and retouching skills using tools like Lightroom or Photoshop.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
  • Preferred Skills
    • Knowledge of motion graphics or animation using tools like After Effects.
    • Experience with digital marketing platforms and understanding of social media content requirements.
    • Familiarity with photography equipment and techniques.
