The platform integrates product catalogues, RFQ workflows, payment processing, and end-to-end delivery orchestration with real-time driver tracking and automated dispatch. We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth technical operations and provide user assistance across the marketplace.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics platforms.

Strong knowledge of networking, cloud systems (Azure), and API integrations.

Familiarity with payment processing systems and logistics tracking tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to train and support non-technical users.

🔹 Preferred

Previous experience in IT support roles within corporate or tech environments.

Understanding of B2B marketplace workflows and logistics systems.

Requirement Skill
