About the Job
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Front Office Team Member/Receptionist.
Competencies required:
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
- Articulate and good listener
- Willing to do shift work
- Experience in Opera System is advantageous
About You
Required qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management/Hotel Operations/ Front Office and other related field.
- Minimum of four years’ work experience as Receptionist in four- or five-star hotels
- Having COC certification is an advantage
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
- Articulate and good listener
- Willing to do shift work
- Experience in Opera System is advantageous
