About the Job

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Front Office Team Member/Receptionist. 

Competencies required:

  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
  • Articulate and good listener
  • Willing to do shift work
  • Experience in Opera System is advantageous

About You

Required qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management/Hotel Operations/ Front Office and other related field.
  • Minimum of four years’ work experience as Receptionist in four- or five-star hotels
  • Having COC certification is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
  • Articulate and good listener
  • Willing to do shift work
  • Experience in Opera System is advantageous
