Job Summary
- Customer Support – ITM is responsible for receiving information, advising and assisting customers in the different features of the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) such as account opening, cash deposit, FCY cash/cheque deposits and cross selling the Bank’s products. The role involves ensuring the necessary documents are provided and in accordance to the Bank’s policies and procedures. In addition, the role holder is responsible for the readiness of the machine and ensure it is in good condition to accept customer requests.
About You
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.
Technical Competencies
- Good understanding of customer care service standards or benchmarks
- Knowledge of Banking product and services.
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services
- Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system.
- Ability to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the operation of the equipment.
