About the Job

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for dynamic and self-starter applicants who wishes to join our team as a Chef De Partie.

  • Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
  • Excellent menu planning, cost control and recipe preparation ability
  • Proactive, innovative and customer focused
  • Ability to give attention to detail 
  • Able to work under pressure 

About You

Required qualifications:

  • Diploma/certificate in Food Preparation from Accredited Hotel Institute/college.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Having COC certification is an advantage
