About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and update reports of budgeting, cost control, estimating, and loss for the Project manager for planning.
- Analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Conducting regular audits of financial records and procedures to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reviewing and approving purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and budget limits.
Required Skills:-
- Expertise in developing, preparing, and managing project budgets.
- Proficient in cost estimation techniques and tools to assess project expenses accurately.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Knowledge of cost control methodologies and practices to monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Ability to conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs.
- Proficient in creating detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Understanding of project management principles to align budgeting processes with project timelines and objectives.
- Skills in identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Experience in financial forecasting to predict future costs and resource needs.
- Familiarity with contract terms and conditions to manage costs effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in budgeting and cost documentation.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) for budget tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, finance departments, and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address budgetary challenges and optimize costs.
About You
- Education:- BSC. Civil Engineering. , Construction Technology and Management(COTM)
- Experience:- 8 years in Budgeting and Cost Control or 5 years in Construction Budgeting and Cost Control.
