Job Summary

A Heavy-Duty Electrician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components of heavy-duty vehicles. These include Trucks & ISUZU

Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose and repair electrical faults in heavy vehicles and equipment.

· Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting system, alternators, starters and batteries.

· Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns.

· Use diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.

· Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

· Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.

· Collaborate with mechanical technicians for integrated system repairs.

· Keep records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

· Specialize in installing and maintaining electeical systems contained in heavy duty vehicles. Inspect, repair and maintain all the electrical parts contained in a vehicle

About You

Requirements

· Technical Diploma, Certificate or Level III/IV in Auto Electricity

·  3-5+ years’ experience working with heavy-duty vehicles or construction equipment.

· Experience with brands such as IVECO, SINO & ISUZU is often preferred
