We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is the heartbeat of our office: highly responsible, trustworthy, punctual, result-oriented, and someone who loves solving problems and serving people. You will be the first face our visitors see, the first voice our callers hear, and the person who keeps our office running like clockwork.
People
- Prepare the monthly staff attendance report accurately and on time.
- Set up the office each morning for the daily standing meeting, and organize the monthly staff meeting and annual gatherings.
- Champion our values of excellence, joyful communication, integrity, innovation, and leadership in daily office life.
Product
- Maintain the asset management report; run quarterly inventory counts and the biannual fixed-asset count report.
- Handle monthly bills and maintenance: track due dates, coordinate payment, and report monthly.
Process
- Maintain office procedures and policies, and uphold them consistently to protect our organizational culture, productivity, and results.
Partnership
- Handle all company calls professionally; answer client questions accurately and respectfully.
- Build strong, warm relationships with our teams, partners, and clients.

- The office is open, ready, and welcoming when the first colleague arrives – every day.
- The daily standing meeting room is set up before it starts – no exceptions.
- Attendance, asset, bill, and maintenance reports are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Quarterly inventory and biannual fixed-asset counts are completed with zero unexplained discrepancies.
- All office supplies are purchased following procedures.
- Every call is answered promptly and professionally; clients feel heard and helped.
- Office procedures are followed – and improved – month after month.
About You
Candidate Profile (What We Are Looking For)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of admin, office, or front-desk experience (more is an advantage).
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, and punctual – you keep your word and your schedule.
- Result-oriented problem-solver who genuinely enjoys serving people.
- Professional phone manners; fluent Amharic and working English.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reports and tracking.
- Detail matters to us – read the application form instructions carefully.
