About the Job

Job Summary :- Developer/Programmer I is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, scripts, integrations, and internal tools that support the organization’s business operations. The role works closely with the ERP, AI/Automation, and IT infrastructure teams to build and support system integrations (including ERP, weighbridge, POS, and IoT systems), internal applications, and automation scripts, following good coding practices and quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, write, test, and debug code for applications, modules, scripts, and internal tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between systems (ERP, weighbridge, POS, IoT devices, and third-party APIs).
• Build and support automation scripts and internal utilities that improve business efficiency.

Requirements & Collaboration

• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business users and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, the ERP team, and the AI Specialist on cross-functional technical projects.
• Support code reviews and adopt feedback to improve code quality.

Testing, Support & Maintenance

• Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in existing applications and integrations.
• Provide ongoing application support and respond to bug reports and enhancement requests.

Documentation & Continuous Learning

• Maintain clear technical documentation, including code comments, specifications, and version history.
• Follow version control practices (e.g., Git) for all development work.
• Stay updated on new development tools, languages, and best practices relevant to the role.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals, databases, and application development lifecycle.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance from senior developers.
• Understanding of APIs, web development, and basic system integration concepts

About You

Qualifications:

Education :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in relevant programming languages, cloud platforms, or Microsoft Dynamics development are an advantage.

Experience 

• 1–2 years of experience in software development/programming.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
• Exposure to ERP (D365FO) customization/development is an advantage.

Requirement Skill

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail & Data management
