Place of Work: Bishoftu on Site

Key Responsibilities

1. Automated Performance & KPI Architecture

  • Provide independent, unbiased analysis of operational deviations and inefficiencies.

2. AI-Driven Process Optimization

  • Audit existing manual workflows and implement AI and Automated solutions to eliminate waste.
  • Work with Finance to quantify the “Win/Loss” impact of operational changes in real-time.

3. Financial Oversight & Budgeting

  • Report financial statements periodically in high proficiency and enable department heads to monitor their operational budgets and ensure they remain cost-effective.
  • Identify hidden cost-saving opportunities through deep data mining.
  • Collect, consolidate and control production, material consumption and inventory data from various systems.
  • Advise management on the ROI of new technology, processes and equipment investments.

4. Independent Risk & Compliance Management

  • Act as an internal auditor for operational risks, providing objective assessments to avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Ensure all automated systems comply with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Proactively identify systemic risks before they impact the financial bottom line.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work toward translating data into actionable strategy to support department heads.
  • Help act as a link between Finance and the “shop floor” (Production, Supply Chain, HR).
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by learning new automated tools and eventually sharing that knowledge with other teams.
