JOB DESCRIPTION
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is seeking a Factory Manageron behalf of Our Private Client request.
The Factory Manager oversees all manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective production of steel products while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer delivery requirements. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations. 
• Manage production scheduling and workforce allocation. 
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. 
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives .
• Monitor production costs and improve operational efficiency. 
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with occupational health regulations. 
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality control, and logistics departments. 
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics. 
• Lead, train, and evaluate production personnel. 
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions. . 
• Ensure environmental compliance and proper waste management. 

About You

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field. 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in steel manufacturing and at least 4 years in a managerial position
