Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Sales Representative who is passionate about helping healthcare organizations embrace digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, specialty practices, and healthcare organizations.
- Promote Medrafa’s healthcare technology solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Understand client challenges and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline reports.
- Work closely with the implementation and technical teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Medrafa with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Healthcare or IT sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
