About the Role

TME Leadership & Management Institution is seeking a creative and innovative Video Content & Media Specialist to support digital storytelling, educational media production, brand visibility, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit professional video content for digital platforms
• Create both short-form and long-form educational media
• Support social media content production
• Develop engaging visual storytelling materials
• Assist in branding and multimedia strategy execution
• Produce promotional and training videos
• Support podcast and interview production
• Ensure consistency across all digital platforms

About You

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and media production
• Strong knowledge of digital content creation tools
• Excellent visual storytelling and creative skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to work independently and creatively

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
• Graphic design and/or animation skills
• Audio editing and podcast production experience
• Experience working with mission-driven organizations
