Position: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify, approach, and secure new property owner clients
• Market vacant properties and client-owned properties through online and offline channels
• Handle client and tenant inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and conduct tenant screening
• Support lease negotiations, contract preparation, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of clients, property listings, and prospects
• Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance company visibility

Gross Salary: 15,000 + Commission

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or real estate leasing
• Experience with online property listings, social media marketing, and client handling is an advantage
