Job Summary
- Product Development Officer- Retail and MSME is responsible for contributing in developing new products specifically for the Retail and MSME customer segment in accordance to the approved principles, processes, standards and procedures. In addition, the role holder is responsible for follow-up proper implementation of new product and service opportunity in continuous and systematic manner.
About You
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, , Management and/or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
Technical Competencies
- Experience working cross-functionally to develop new ideas and products.
- Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank as well as events in fast-paced markets.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of digital advancements.
- Good knowledge of banking regulations.
